Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Shenzhen Zhaoxuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhaoxuan", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use AdLumen, our Amazon advertising management service, and our website szzxtech.com.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name, business name and email address when you contact us or create an account.

Amazon Ads data. When you authorize AdLumen through Login with Amazon, we access only the advertising data needed to provide the service: advertising profile and account identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, bids, budgets, and campaign performance reports (for example impressions, clicks, spend, sales and ACoS).

Authorization tokens. OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Amazon. We never request, see or store your Amazon password.

Technical data. Basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

• To create, manage, optimize and report on the advertising campaigns you authorize us to manage.
• To show you performance dashboards and recommendations.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account and the service.

We use Amazon Ads data only to provide AdLumen to the advertiser who authorized it. We do not sell, rent or share Amazon Ads data with third parties, do not combine it with other third-party data, do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and do not use it for any other advertiser.

3. Sharing

We share information only with infrastructure providers (such as our cloud hosting provider) that process it on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it to operate the service. See our Security page for details.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep Amazon Ads data only as long as needed to provide the service. If you disconnect AdLumen, end your subscription, or ask us to delete your data, we delete your Amazon Ads data and tokens within 30 days, unless law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your choices and rights

You can revoke AdLumen's access at any time from your Amazon account settings. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@szzxtech.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
